NeonStudios — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NeonStudios server ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. User Conduct
All users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Harassment, bullying, and discrimination in any form will not be tolerated. Users are expected to maintain a reasonable standard of conduct in all chat and community interactions.

3. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to NeonStudios immediately.

4. Content Ownership and Attribution
Content created and shared by users on the Service remains the property of its original creator. However, users who incorporate software provided by NeonStudios must include appropriate attribution to NeonMc / NeonStudios within the source code, along with a link to http://neonstudios.dev. By sharing content on the Service, users grant NeonStudios a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content.

Note: Proper attribution is mandatory when using NeonStudios software or code contributions.

5. Server Rules
NeonStudios administration reserves the right to establish additional rules governing use of the Service. All users are required to comply with such rules to help maintain a safe and positive environment.

6. Modifications to These Terms
NeonStudios reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
NeonMc / NeonStudios shall not be held liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

9. Removal of Provided Work
Where NeonStudios provides assistance, work, or code contributions, it reserves the right to request the removal of such work, including in the event that NeonStudios ceases operations. Users are obligated to comply with such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: This provision applies to any code, plugins, or technical assistance provided by NeonStudios.

10. Data Collection
By using NeonStudios software or accessing the Service, users consent to the collection and storage of their IP address for security and administrative purposes. All such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
